About Caseville Housing Commission

Founded in 1985, the Caseville Housing Commission is chartered under the laws of the State of Michigan to provide and administer affordable housing programs for the citizens of Caseville and the surrounding area. The Housing Commission receives policy guidance and operational approval from its five member governing Board of Commissioners who are appointed by the City. Funding is provided by the Federal Government through the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Located in Michigans "Thumb Area" near beautiful Saginaw Bay, the Caseville Housing Commission provides 47 units for senior/disabled residents in the city limits of Caseville.

Mission Statement

The Caseville Housing Commission will meet the housing needs of all tenants whether low income, very low income, elderly, near elderly or disabled by providing an enjoyable, safe, decent, affordable, clean, quality living environment free from discrimination.
